LMMGGH Maintained Certification on ISO 9001:2

Lucena MMG General Hospital successfully maintained continued certification in the Quality Management System (QMS) based on the ISO 9001:2015 Standard with zero non-conformities.

The LMMGGH QMS was audited by Certification Partner Global (CPG) Philippines, led by their esteem management systems auditors. Ms. Gilda Ramos was the Audit Team Leader, along with Dr. Erwin Benedicto, Engr. Eduardo Cabanatan, Jr., Mr. Ralph Eleazar Monteser, and Mr. Adrian Villanueva, who were Audit members.

The conducted audit verifies the hospital’s compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Standards, statutory and regulatory requirements, and opportunities for continual improvement.

During the closing meeting, Dr. Alfredo L. Batario expressed gratitude to all the employees and management of the hospital for showing full support for the maintenance and continued implementation of our quality management system. Ensuring to consistently provide healthcare services that meet the requirements and expectations of our clients.

The successful maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard certification fosters a significant milestone for the hospital and its management, headed by our medical director, Alfredo L. Batario, MD; our Hospital Administrator, Marites, P. Rayos; through the efforts of quality assurance management team, and the Quezon MMG Multi-Purpose Cooperative led by Leovigildo Leopando, MD, Chairman of the Board and Edgardo Mar L. Elbo, MD, Chief Executive Officer.
